• Acknowledgment of Receipt

• Review and Investigation

• Resolution

• Response: We will provide you with a written response to your complaint within ten business days after completing our investigation. This response will include our findings and any actions taken or proposed.
• Remedial Actions: If we determine that corrective actions are necessary, we will outline the steps to address the issue and prevent recurrence.

• Appeal Process
• If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may request a review of the decision. Please submit your appeal in writing within five business days of receiving our response. We will review your appeal and provide a final decision.
